I can’t believe that a new season has started. How did I miss this? I am too wrapped up in my work and my translation and I have shut myself indoors every weekend so I shouldn’t act so surprised… In the mornings I’m so tired and so sleepy that I don’t feel like walking through the park so I take the bus instead. This means that I have more time to read, but I haven’t see autumn taking over the city. You know how it is, you win some, you lose some.

I haven’t been myself lately. I think it has to do with the book I’m reading and the fact that my two favourite characters don’t end up together. It’s frustrating enough to know that in real life so few people have a happy ending but to see that they’re denied that even in fiction… WHY? Well, it’s actually not that bad cause they find other people and they seem happy, but I liked them so much and I desperately wanted them to be together that I was devastated (I kid you not!) when my plans were different from the author’s. If only I could be so full of passion when it comes to real people…

Vio was here, I met A. yesterday, R&R are coming at the beginning of October and Martha is arriving the day after they leave. I am so happy that my friends are visiting! I know we’re going to have a wonderful time together and I’ll have the best possible reason to get out of the house. But until then I still have some weekends of work and no fun. Miah!

I’m planning a little treat for myself when the translation is finished, but first I need to put some things in order. I’m also thinking of dyeing my hair back to its natural colour (well, close to its natural colour). I miss my natural self. Actually, there are so many things which I miss but I wouldn’t know where to start. A list seems like a helpful solution so I’ll do that. Maybe.

don’t want to barge in, but I think you should change those “it’s” in the last paragraph with “its”.

@exella: ugh, that’s such a horrible typo! Thanks for the tip! :)

Leme know too. “It’s” is short just for “It has” not for “It is”, isn’t it :D ?
