I’ve been wanting to explore the area at Piaţa Unirii for a long long time but I’ve never had the opportunity until now. We woke up really early this morning and around 9 o’clock we were on our way. That neighbourhood is amazing! Too bad it’s mainly inhabited by poor people and they don’t have the money to repair the houses. But it has such a big potential!

Problema cu cladirile astea e ca cei care locuiesc in ele nu-s proprietari, ci pur si simplu ocupa abuziv cladirile in lipsa unor proprietari care sa le revendice. Nu le renoveaza pentru ca nu-s ale lor si pentru ca nu le pasa. Mi s-a intamplat chiar sa vad cu “locatarii” din cladirile astea aruncau cu papuci in clientii teraselor din fata cladirii. Ce sa le ceri? In rest sunt de acord… zona are un mare potential, asa cum il au si altele din Bucuresti si Romania dar de care nu le pasa nimanui.
