It’s not Monday, but who cares?

I have to admit I envy those girls who feel so good being themselves that they post almost a pic/day with what they’re wearing, tons of pictures with them at parties, meeting with friends etc, and a couple of other pictures with their hairstyles from over the week.

I also envy those people who make their work seem all fun and games and don’t show you the hard part of working. They go for coffees and take long photowalks, they meet their friends at their studios, finish their project in time and still have time to cook and enjoy some quality time with their significant others.

And I so envy the people who know how to make the best of their days, the ones that really care about each and every small thing in their life. It’s fantastic to be grateful for the things you have. Of course, I can’t do that cause I’m overwhelmed by the thoughts of the things I don’t have. You might think I got used to it by now, but of course I haven’t! I’m just a whiner, that’s what I am.

    You know, I feel the same way when I read your posts. There’s always tea, the very cute uRMa, flowers, bikes, walks, family…It seems you have so good :)

    :)) And yet these photos look like those which you say show such a great way of living. Although you’re right, I’m pretty sure their wishlist is shorter since accomplishment comes naturally for some people (and I’ve only seen that on foreign blogs and there’s no question mark here). And I suppose you see them as an inspiration (from certain points of view) in which case you should keep in mind that you’re an inspiration to so many other people. I guess it’s the way “life-style” blogging works.

    Iar fusta e de fapt rochie şi e aşa de drăguţă! :X

    @Cosmin: I never thought that there are people who think I have it so good :) I have the small things, but sometimes I have no idea how to enjoy them and that’s bloody unfair.

    @Verde Ursuz: You got me there: I’m a whore for some foreign blogs and I almost cry with envy when I see how they’re living, working etc :) I’m a very spoiled kid and I guess I have to learn to appreciate what I have and let others have more. Much more! :))

    @hiacint: mmm cineva m-a dat de gol :-D tigarile ca tigarile, dar biscuitii? Sunt pe meniu si la picnicul aniversar joacadeamine.ro din iunie!

    @vio: sunt in proces de lasat de fumat. dupa renuntatul la carne a devenit prioritar. la fel si cafeaua. dar promit sa ma opresc aici cu lasatul de!

    mă laud, normal, am cam 8 săpt juma de lăsat de fumat și cred că una mai mult de cafea.

    da n-am soluții, cu cafeaua n-a fost greu, că, deși îmi place gustul, nu mă omor chiar după el, iar efectul băuturii ăsteia nu l-am simțit cam niciodată:)
    a, și încerc să tai sursele posibil provocatoare de dureri de stomac, ăsta e motivul, ca să zic așa.
    am tăiat și la alcool, dar mai degrabă pentru că-l asociez foarte tare cu fumatul, dar am băut și-o să mai beau.
    oare să mă las de carne:) ?

    @vio: ah da si alcoolul e pe lista. involuntar (in sensul ca n-am avut timp si n-a fost niciodata ecuatia timp=chef, pe la 01-mar mi-am dat seama ca anul asta a fost alcohol free 100% si am zis hmmm hai sa continui asa. Nu cred intr-o nocivitate a alcoolului consumat moderat si social, departe de mine gandul asta, dar probabil ca multe alte persoane, nu am avut perioade de abstinenta de la o bere la varsta adulta asa lungi. So vreau sa vad cum este. 4 luni & counting :-)

    We are all whiners sometimes, the important thing is not to be that all the time…
    Love the teapot… it perfectly matches any orange & ginger tea :)
