Rainbow Child

I’m back but not quite. I arrived yesterday night in Baia Mare, slept till early in the afternoon, panicked that I have so much shit stuff to pack and finished with everything like half an hour ago. Tomorrow I’ll finally arrive in Bucharest. This time there’s a whole team coming with me: Mum and my two cousins (not the little ones, duuh!). Hope I’ll have time tomorrow to post some pics from Budapest (I’m making it chronological ), but until then here’s a touristic pic with me and Mum. (yes, yes, no more orange hair; but just have some patience until it grows a little bit more, I have some ideas of what to do with it )

After a whole day of walking around the old Prague, taking pictures and buying books (I highly recommend Saturnin by Zdenek Jirotka) I can honestly say that this is a city to love. I know I’m a person who falls in love way too easily and I know I was in love with every city I have visited, but Prague, oh Prague is simply magnifique!

The houses are so cute and colourful that they look like huge bonbons that you feel like picking up and putting them in your pocket in order to enjoy them later by yourself. This is a city I’m glad I’m not sharing with someone. My egotistic self is feeling really good right now; it has everything only for itself.

People reading in the metro, paved streets, old trams, beautiful guys, houses that I’d give anything to move into starting from right now – this is Prague. Not to mention that Pavla’s mother is an excellent cook!

Nici nu au intrat bine pe scena ca am primit trei lovituri una dupa cealalta: There There, Lucky si All I Need. Am cazut la pamant si nu am mai putut sa-mi revin. Apoi au urmat alte si alte lovituri, fara pic de mila, fara sa conteze ca nu ma puteam opri din plans, fara sa tina cont de buza muscata pana la sange si mana zgariata pana la carne. La Reckoner m-au facut K.O. Si inca nu mi-am revenit.

In the morning I’m leaving for Budapest and Prague. 10 days of walking around, taking pictures, having fun. It’s gonna be glorious!
