Rainbow Child

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and I’ve never stayed in the other room. Now that Pavla’s gone back to Prague for good , I’m moving there for the rest of my stay here. This is sooo exciting! You lose some, you win some

*doing everything else except studying*

Today I took Buttercup (that’s the name of my green bike) out for a ride again. I went to the other part of the city, in full traffic, and I’m safe and sound. It’s funny that in Baia Mare I was afraid of staying with the cars at the traffic light and here, where there are a loooot more cars and where the drivers are plain mad, I have no problems with that. Of course, I go on the streets only where there are no bike lanes, but I have to do that a lot cause there aren’t so many lanes here

And talking about them, people really don’t respect them. I can deal with the pedestrians, I use my bell for that, or simply shout at them to get out of the way, hehehe *I’ve learnt that from a friend*. But the cars parked on the lanes simply wanna make me give them a good kick, although it’s not their fault, but the ones I should kick are the stupid drivers who parked there in the first place.

All in all, it’s such an amazing feeling to ride through the city in your own pace! And I really like my old-school bike. I will improve it in time, little by little, and by next spring I’ll have one awesome bike But first things first, I should change the seat, it’s killing me

So, Pavla is back, even though it’s only for one week Then I’m going to be all alone again, and though I know there are some good parts in that, I don’t like the house this empty. But of course, better empty than with a person I don’t like so on and so forth.

It was nice yesterday at Street Delivery; met some friends, met some bloggers, talked, walked, laughed; a really pleasant afternoon. I don’t have pictures cause I had only my Fisheye camera and I have to take the film to be developed.

The ticket is here, all I need to do now is study so I can take my exams, finish with this stupid university already and then enjoy the summer. Right, I’m going to move my ass and study. Uhum. That’s what I’m going to do. In a minute. I promise!
