What a day!
11 Feb
The sun is up
I’m so happy I could scream!
Today started perfect: I had received an e-mail from Alex
I couldn’t believe that! I feel so good that, after a 2-year silence, we’re talking again. I’m happy to know that he’s ok, that he’s not sick, that he likes it in Cluj. I can’t yet believe that we’re talking like two good friends. I loved him so much and I suffered like a dog for almost three years, but I’m happy that I meant something to him. Thank you, Alex, for making my day! ![]()
Then I had my final exam this semester. It was an English oral exam. I got a 10!
And the teacher told me that my seminar paper was a very nice one! Oh yeah, that boost my ego!
It was easier that I had expected: I explained the grammar problems, solved the fill in exercise and read my translation. She then said: “Ok, nice. 10!” U-hu!!!!
I came home, took a shower [no more salty-sea smell
] and finished correcting the book for Tritonic. I packed my bag and now I’m off to the railroad station. I’m meeting Jen and Cristina. I’m in such a bouncy state! I sing and dance; I can’t sit still!
Yeah, I’m going home! It’s the first time I want to go, it’s the first time I can hardly wait to be there. I’m going to relaaaaaax this week… violent lazy days, here I come!!! 8->

Sooper tare
Peste aproape 1 zi termin si eu examenele
dar din pacate nu trebuie sa fiu trantor ca am atatea de facut…
Aw, that sounds so nice that you talked to Alex again. I know that must feel good.
Great job on your exam!
Oh, by the way, I looked up Emiliana Torrini. I couldn’t find the particular song you suggested, but I did find others and listened to them. She’s great. Thanks for recommending her. I’ll keep searching for that one song!
Well done Ionuca, now you can relax!
I bet that this will be a very well-deserved week of relaxation. But current books: none?!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really will relax this week
@Holly: if you want, I can send it to you on your e-mail address
@Auras: ah, I’m living violent lazy days – in your face!
@Roxa: of course there are, but I can’t talk about them, cause they are work related
